Because we care about your event
Seriously, why do we do this? Do you want the honest answer or the canned answer? The honest answer is...my wedding DJ
didn't care about our event, he didn't meet with us to ask questions. He didn't call prior to the event, to make sure everything
was in line. There were moments at my reception where there was complete silence...awkward! There was no anything! I had been
a DJ for a very long time in radio and had done some parties and stuff but never a wedding, but I knew something was wrong
with this guy. Something told me I could do better...MUCH BETTER! I believe certain people do certain things for a reason
and I believe that I do this for a reason and I believe that I am very, very good at what I do. I am married and I have been
where you are. I know what you expect and I know how to give it to you, better than expected. I believe that honesty and trust
are what sets my company apart from the rest and here is how:
1) You know who your DJ is from day one, you don't get the closest DJ or the one availiable or the least experienced based
on price. Same quality from top to bottom with Blissful Productions. This allows you to build that relationship and foundation
for your party
2) Professional - I am 38, not a 21 year old kid who splits his time with Texas hold'em events, sweet 16 parties,
jumping parties and weddings. All I do are Weddings and corporate Christmas Parties. I don't split my time between 50
different categories, I do two and do them to perfection.
3) Wide Music Knowledge - Being 38 I grew up on it all and I have learned that being able to read a crowd is the most important
thing. I can mix music from all generations seamlessly that it keeps all of your guests young and old on the floor.
4) I leave the cheese in the fridge! I don't feel that is necessary to make people uncomfortable by dragging them to the
floor to do the chicken dance. I also feel that at no time unless requested by the bride or groom should I go right in to
a polka. No purple cumber buns, no glowing bow ties, no glitter and no cheese! I am professional, your event is not a prom
and you want it to be classy elegant and fun. Now, if a bride would like OVER THE TOP type stuff we can do that but only on
request of the bride and groom.
5) We are always there an hour before your guests arrive - this allows us time to get set up and check levels. This time
is always on us, we want to make sure that we sound perfect and not too loud.
6) Face to Face consultations - I don't like you to hire me until you have met me, I want you to look in to my eyes and
know that I am someone you can trust. Reception consultation happens face to face two weeks prior to your event. We do this
to listen to music, discuss events, and confront any concerns. When you leave there is no question as to how I will handle
your event. Unless you are out of state or a long distance away it will always be face to face unless it is unavoidable.

Our Philosophy
Our mission statement is just this: The primary purpose of Blissful Productions
is to make your day the most memorable day possible for everyone involved. We believe that the DJ is the driving force behind
any party or event. We want you to feel secure and know that the last things you should worry about are your music and entertainment.
It's YOUR day and that's our priorty.
I know that you have a boat load of choices out there from cheap to over the top
expensive. I think we have done enough research to to know that our price is fair and in most cases the brides have
said that we under-charge based on all the things we do. I am not just a DJ, I am a coordinator as well. A good DJ needs to
be able to run flow with everyone at the event from your photographer to event coordinator to videographer. I don't do anything
if one of them is not present, I would hate to do an event and they miss the shot or not have the champagne poured yet. You
could choose the first guy that shows up on Google search at the top of the first page. Maybe that guy just has alot of money
and not alot of talent. I am reversed, no money...boat loads of talent! It all comes back to the fact that I CARE ABOUT YOU
AND YOUR EVENT and I want it to be perfect. I stopped advertising about 3 years ago, I don't need to do it anymore. I just
did a third sisters wedding, meaning I did two of her sisters weddings in prior years and the parents keep hiring me, the
son is next. I am on vendor referral lists all over Atlanta, because they like working with me. I get calls all the time because
they were at so and so's wedding and thought I was great, or their friend recommended me. I get a lot of joy from when the
bride and groom, mother and father or person that hired me comes to me at the end and says "better than I could have hoped,
perfect", I live for those coments, it what keeps me going and doing what I am doing.
